This policy is a detailed operational template generated for the configured Gaotus service. It is not a substitute for legal advice and should be reviewed against the operator’s real company details, payment stack, subprocessors, retention schedule, audience and jurisdictions before publication.
1. Contract and operator
By creating an account, using Free Try, purchasing a plan or using the service you agree to these Terms. Your contract is with the entity identified below and/or on your order confirmation or invoice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use Gaotus for a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation and that authorised users will comply with these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and activity under your account. Do not share access in a way designed to bypass plan limits. We may block logins, sessions or accounts where there is a reasonable risk of fraud, abuse or security compromise.
4. Free Try
If an active public free plan is available, an eligible new account may receive it automatically without a payment card. Free Try is limited by cases, tokens, modes, period and other plan limits. It is normally available once per user/organisation, has no cash value and ends when its entitlement or usage allowance is exhausted. You must select an available plan to create further paid Council cases.
5. Plans, billing and renewals
Price, currency, interval, limits and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through WooCommerce and the gateway selected at checkout. Recurring capability depends on the installed gateway or subscription integration. Renewal, cancellation, refund, proration and payment-method rules may be governed both by these Terms and the applicable gateway terms.
6. Entitlements and usage limits
Access to Quick, Standard, Verified, token budgets, case counts, Code Executor and other features is determined server-side. You must not bypass, falsify or manipulate plan limits, subscription state, usage metering or access controls.
7. How AI Council works
Models may analyse independently, challenge one another and converge on a shared specification. AI consensus is not a guarantee of correctness, security, legality or suitability. You must apply professional judgement, testing and human review proportionate to the risk of the intended use.
8. Code Executor and generated artifacts
Code Executor may modify files and generate patches, archives or other artifacts. Even when automated validation passes, you are responsible for backups, staging, review and testing before production deployment. We do not guarantee generated software is free from bugs, vulnerabilities, incompatibilities or side effects.
9. Customer content and permissions
You retain rights in materials you own. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform and transmit submitted material to technical providers solely to provide the requested service. You confirm you have all rights and permissions necessary for code, files, data, brands and other content you submit.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unauthorised access, malware, fraud, infringement, evasion of controls, disruption of infrastructure, unlawful data collection or prohibited activity. We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens the platform, providers or third parties.
11. Confidentiality and personal data
We process information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable technical controls. Avoid submitting secrets or personal data that are unnecessary for the task. For highly sensitive information, verify that your configuration, providers and contractual terms satisfy your organisation requirements.
12. Third-party services
Gaotus may depend on AI providers, hosting, WooCommerce, payment gateways, email and other services. Their availability, latency, limits and policies can affect the service. We do not control or warrant third-party services beyond our own applicable contractual obligations.
13. Gaotus intellectual property
The platform, design, marks, software, workflows and Gaotus materials remain the property of their respective owners. A subscription grants a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service according to the plan; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.
14. Availability and product changes
We may perform maintenance and change models, providers, technical limits or features for security, performance or product development. For material changes to a paid plan we will act reasonably and subject to applicable mandatory rights.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, fraud, security risk, abuse or material breach. You may cancel using the billing controls made available to you. Termination does not automatically erase amounts already due, audit records or information we are legally required to retain.
16. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are governed by the displayed policy, service state, payment gateway and applicable mandatory law. If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, those rights prevail.
17. No absolute warranty
The service is provided with the level of care and skill required by applicable law, but AI outputs are probabilistic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free results or fitness for a particular high-risk purpose.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunity caused by deploying unverified output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, aggregate liability may be limited to fees paid for the service during the relevant period, subject to applicable law.
19. Indemnity and responsibility
To the extent permitted for business users, you are responsible for claims arising from material you had no right to submit, unlawful use, or deliberate deployment of outputs contrary to warnings and reasonable verification requirements.
20. Consumer cancellation and statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer and distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a service contract, subject to statutory exceptions and the rules for services or digital content that you expressly ask to begin during that period. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable consumer law says cannot be excluded. Any checkout wording about immediate performance should be read together with those mandatory rights.
21. Renewal and pre-contract information
Before purchase, the checkout should display the trader identity, main service characteristics, total price, billing interval, renewal model, minimum commitment if any, cancellation method and other information required by applicable law. Do not rely on a hidden term to contradict clear information shown at checkout. Changes to recurring paid services should be communicated in a fair and transparent way.
22. Governing law, changes and contact
Where a governing jurisdiction is stated in your contract, order or invoice, that jurisdiction applies to the extent permitted by law; otherwise applicable mandatory rules govern the contractual relationship. We may update these Terms prospectively and will not use a change clause to remove mandatory rights. Contact the operator below with questions.
